Program Description

Our programs prepare skilled journalists to think critically about the profession and society. We offer numerous scholarships, state-of-the-art facilities and provide internships and networking opportunities.

Journalism BA

Become a first-rate journalist and a future decision-maker, capable of leading journalism in new directions. Learn a range of integrated multimedia production skills, cover the same events as working journalists, take on internships that give you valuable newsroom experience, and graduate functionally bilingual. Our production workshops apply newsroom standards to every assignment, and our seminars focus on the social and ideological contexts in which journalism is practiced. We use the diverse and lively city of Montreal – ranked as a best student city in North America – as our lab.
